These terms are an agreement between you and MAKESENSE SOLUTION CO., LTD. ("we", "us"), registration no. 0105568000319. By using the Medicine Note app or this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Medicine Note helps you keep records and reminders. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow their instructions. Do not rely on a reminder as your only way to take a critical medicine. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
1. Your account
You must be an adult to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may add information about other people, such as a child or parent in your care, only if you are entitled to manage it.
2. Free and Premium plans
- The Free plan keeps your records on one device and shows ads.
- Premium is a subscription that adds cloud sync and backup and removes ads. Prices, any free trial and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Google Play or App Store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
- Refunds follow the policies of Google Play or the App Store.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately.
3. Your data
You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copy of important records; you can export your data from Settings.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: do not try to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer our servers, get around plan limits, or use the app for anything unlawful.
5. Our app and content
The app, its design and this website belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms and the terms of the store you got it from.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the app, add or remove features, or change these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app or on this page. Reminders depend on your device's settings, battery optimisation and notification permissions, so we cannot guarantee that every reminder is delivered.
7. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm resulting from missed, late or incorrect reminders or records. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the courts of Thailand.
